Thank you for supporting Hooked by Lalelei! Every item is handmade with love and care. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Handmade Products

  • All items are handmade, so slight variations in size, stitching, and appearance are normal and make each piece unique.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

2. Orders

  • Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom requests are subject to approval and availability.

  • Please double-check all order details before submitting your order.

3. Payment

  • Payment methods will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Orders requiring payment must be paid within the specified timeframe to secure your spot.

  • Orders may be canceled if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Processing Time

  • Processing times vary depending on the item, order size, and current workload.

  • Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed but will be communicated as accurately as possible.

  • Customers will be notified if unexpected delays occur.

5. Shipping & Pickup

  • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Hooked by Lalelei is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.

  • Pickup dates and locations will be arranged with each customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the wrong item is received or if there is a defect caused by workmanship.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before work has begun.

  • Once materials have been purchased or production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

8. Care Instructions

  • Please follow the provided care instructions to help preserve the quality of your crochet items.

  • Hooked by Lalelei is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or misuse.

9. Communication

  • Customers are responsible for responding to messages regarding payment, pickup, shipping, or order confirmation in a timely manner.

  • Failure to respond may result in delays or order cancellation.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Hooked by Lalelei reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
